Help! I cant hear other people when I call them

I got a problem with my xperia X10 mini, that I would really appreciate if anyone could explain or tell me how to fix. suddenly I cant hear the other person talk when calling them or them calling me. the weird thing is that they can hear me. I have already tried to reset the phone, but non of that seem to work, what should I do now?

I had the same problem with my mobile, actualy in my xperia its getting problem when i am installling the call recorder software, most of the time i restart my mobile by going to settings>sd card usb mass storage>factory date reset, try to do this still its not working means, try via sony ericsson updates pack it will reinstall  everthing, that has to work still it is not working means, it can be some hardware problems...
