HELP Downgrade Question

Guys please help me

I'm planning to downgrade my Sola to GB 2.3.7 Central Europe Version ( though I am from Asia ). What must I do before I flash the ftf file to my phone

and what happens after the downgrade does the phone work normal and all and what happens to the apps that come with the phone like PlayStore and Quickoffice Please answer thanks alot
