Hello I have a problem on the camera I have 3 black dots kdfyz take a picture problizim so seems to me as if they were a shadow, and I do not know what should I do ... I would like if it slo odtsranit any updates: (

I see, do you have a film protector on the back of your phone? is there anything on the lens? if not you MUST take your phone back to the store.

the lenses do not have anything I've tried to clean and did not help prez magnifying glass on it can not see anything

Hello Tabaky,

Unfortunately this is NOT a software issue but a hardware. There could be two factors two this problem. The phone eas exposed to dust and the dust particles entered the camera OR the phone was underwater many time or deep which caused particles to enter the camera lens. NOTE: The camera is not covered with glass and therefore anything can enter it. Your only way of fixing it is to take it to the service center and they should replace it for you like they did with mine. Back up your work because they will erase everything.

mine just bought for a week, theres lot of dot in my camera's too.. you did send to sony center? is it FOC with warranty?
