Hebrew characters on SW2

hello,

i've been experiencing problems with hebrew language characters in the various sw2 apps (such as messaging app, missed calls app, gmail app etc,)  hebrew characters just shows up as question marks (??????) which makes them (and the SW2) quite useless for hebrew language users. however the call handeling app works flawlesly with hebrew and phonebook and contacts shows hebrew characters without any problem. kinda weird all the other apps dont support it, when android 4+ versions nativley support hebrew and the call handling app handles it.

is there any fix for it, or a future fix/support intended ?????? (not hebrew, actual question marks this time...)

As I understand there's no work around for this at the moment. But I will pass on this feedback internally.

well i hope there will be a fix for it soon...

didnt expect that it wouldnt work well with hebrew since SW1 managed it without a problem.

Hello,

Please add a support  for Hebrew language in SMS and Gmail notifications.

I can see hebrew names when i go to address book on the SW2, so the font is exists. So why the hebrew letters can't be shown correctly on the notifications ?

Alex.

Anyone ?
Support ?
How I see hebrew letters in the name of the person calling, but for notifications I see " ?????" Why the same letters can't be used also for notifications?

Hi,

I've had for a long time the Live View 20 dollars watch working with my Xperia Z with no Hebrew or any other language issues straight out of the box. To my surprise the SW2 supports displaying custom SMS and "Decline Call with Message"  replies in Hebrew pre-defined in my phone, but any other functionality, such as incoming emails and SMS's are displayed as question marks (?????). The watch has been out there for a while now, and it is simply useless without Hebrew support. I am deeply dissapointed, should I knew this before the purchase I would choose a competitor's product and not Sony's. More disappointing is the fact your support does not seem to be addressing the issue, which should not be a very complex one. I demand a solution otherwise I will make sure to let native speakers of RTL languages (Arabic too) that SW2 is a waste of money and a useless product.
