I am writing with extremely big problems. I made three times factory reset and nothing is working. First of all, the sound from my phone is gone, so whenever someone is calling me, I have no sound. Second of all, phone after lollipop update is overheating - tempreture is extremely hot. Third problem, that its not recognising PC anymore through usb cable. Moreover, apps crushing very very often. I wrote to official sony twitter account and they advised me how to fix these problems, but it never helped me... I have no warrenty anymore, as it was purchased in September 2013. It is really dissapointing from Sony, as I was huge fan of it and this exprerience is making me sad. Can anyone advise me on it please?
