heating and hanging

Hey 

I bought Xperia SP on 24th October 2013 and within a week I was facing heating problem . Whenever I played games  or is regularly chatting on whatsapp. Its back is so heated that sometimes it becomes difficult to hold . As a result this my battery level drops down by  15-20% whithin half an hour of playing games. Also nowwadays it hangs too much even if i have only used 1 gb of ram

That's normal, that the phone will get hot while using it, more so while playing games or using heavy apps.
