heat problem

Hi,

    Somebody please help my phone . My phone is now so hot and can be iron my clothes.What kind of problem is that when I play online games or multitasking ???????. I can't hold my phone longer during playing clash of clans . And there's on more problem I can't update version 14.3.A.0.681 . I tried it many times but still have problems.
