Headset Volume get suddenly lower than it used to be

Hi,

My Xperia P headset's volume got lower that it used to be. I increased the phone volume to the maximum. But, did not get the previous volume.

It was louder yesterday. But its volume has decreased by today, suddenly. But the normal speaker volume is as it was (unaffected).

please give some help.

Thank you.......

Xperia P has 3 volumes:ringtone and messages, media(games, music, video) and alarms. You need to go to settings-sound and there you have to rise the volume,or if it is easier for you, while watching a video just press vol up.

thanks for the info.

But I have already done that. As I have mensioned above, the volume of the built-in speaker is loud as it used to be. Only problem is with the head set.

I also restarted  and restored the settings of the phone. Nothing worked.

Can this be a problem with my head set?

are you using a different set of headphones? test your phone with Service Menu

It could be a connecting hardware problem, take your phone to a sony centre.
