headset not working

hi guys how do i set my new tipo phone  to use headsets its just playing using the loudspeaker

There are no setting for this. When you put in your headset it should automatically play through the headset. Try blow down the 3,5 mm contact to remove any kind of dirty or similar. 

Have you tried with another headset? Do you get the same behavior?
