Headset not detaching when removed.

Hi,

All i am going through some weird issue that headset were not working. Were gone through the website and got that after resting the factory store i can solve this. But still same issue persist. Although i came to solution that when i connect headset it get connected and i can use it normally but when i remove headset it doesnt play sound or call. That mean headset remains connect even when i remove the headset from jAck. 

What can i do to overcome these solution please help me with the same,

Since you already tried factory data reset, I beleive it's not a problem due to any 3rd party app.

How about if you go for a software repair using SUS ?

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)
Update/Repair your phone via SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

Hi Nabeel gone through the posts that we wont be able to update through the linux but u have said in that post that we can update via OTA. Can u just guide me that how i can update . Is my os supported to it or not. Below is my OS details

Hey, sorry for replying late.
You can only update phone OTA but can't repair it.

So to repair the software you need a PC and SUS / PCC installed on it.
