hello Sony support

i own a xperia mini st15i and i got mh650 headsets as stock set......im having troubles in loudness on left and right earpieces..... its the 3rd time im replacing it....alwayzz same issue...if its for the left ear piece having low sound den the new one will b hvin same prob on the right piece...im fed up with this....how many times should i replace headsets.....nd it tkss damn 12 days to be replaced...damn..... the last replaced one was already faulty as it said accessory not supported..thank god i checked it at the se service centre itself nd tld dem abt it...dey gave me another one............ it was fine for sumtymm...after few hours the same problem with right earpiece very low sound...nd no beats on left as well...wat kind of support is this sony? i see ur authorised centres are just a show

im fed up with entering service centres all day for headset issue which cnt stay for even a day w/o getting faulty...shame on u sony

nd i dunno y dey tks ma fon in a room nd wen i get it back ma gallery will b opened...y the hell dey accessing ma sd card contents nd opening ma gallery nd oder important files?? is dizz all part of checking faulty headset? luks like i cnt evn trust dem

welll im goin for another replacement...seems i dnt hve any oder way to end dizzz....nd here in kerala , india the headsets available ryt naw is mh650 nd mh410
