headphone socket malfunctioning

hi,

i have an issue with my hearphone socket,

when i plug in my headphone to listen music, i only get to hear the music in ine of the speaker of my headphone,

i tried with other headphones also, but the same issue occurs..

i guess the issue is with the socket of my phone.

give me possible info about the issue and also tell me if the service centre can solve the issue.

I am sorry to hear that.

Could you try to see if the same occurs in safe mode? If that does not help and you have confirmed that the same behaviour is present using different headphones as well then I recommend a software repair using Xperia Companion.
