Headphone Problem on My Z3C

     Hi 

       After update to lollipop,  I Have some problem for my phone whenever I use my headphone during call ,Sometime sound are disappear one side after 10 sec during call if I unplug and plug again then work fine or press Speaker then back to headphone that also work fine

    Please help me to fix or improve on next update

Hi Su2, welcome to the community! 

Have you cleared the data for Smart Connect? If not please try this & let us know if this helps. Just go into Settings > Apps > All > SmartConnect > tap SmartConnect > tap Clear data.

       Hi Support

        I've been trying to find out what is going on to my phone when someone call me and after pick up the call its came out with noise and one side of headphone would gone so I could hear one side during call ,I'm troubleshooting and try to find which is bug and I found one posible bug about DSEE HX feature from brand new Music app when I disable this it works find.

       Please improve it for next update
