headphone jack not working problem continues on my Z3 phone , Z3 Tablet.

I've once made a thread about my 3.5mm Jack on my phone , a green coating was on the jack and it didn't work. This time its on BOTH of my devices. The jack only works after rinsing it with water , only then i can connect the headphones .

I've did everything

Blowing inside the jack ,

Tried Cleaning the data from Smart Connect

After the jack dries up from water , the headphones disconnect and i am unable to connect it again.

Get some ear-buds and some vodka. Soak the bud. Squeeze away the excess. Insert and clean.

The green sounds worrying. Copper turns green when it oxidises. Perhaps a protective layer has been removed somehow?
Seek help as unless you get it sorted the green will continue to return.

I agree about the green and copper link

Mister,  thanks can you tell me what do you mean by oxidises? I dont know English well because im from poland 😕

Also 1 problem has acquired while clcleaning it with vodka,  my jack is probably totally destroyed now in my phone. While cleaning it 1 of the top parts of jack came off it like snapped from the hole metal parts,  it was all green and only some metal parts were visible. What to do :(?

Ahhhh accidentally accepted as solution cuz im on my tablet now. How to unamrk as solution???

Also if we are talking about some protective layers well my tablet went into a hot bath with soap but only for 5 seconds because i took it out stright away and letted it dry. I had a z1 it never happened

But my phone was never in water due to a crack at the corner and im not sure about the waterproof ability.  but i have a 2nd z3 and it was in water but both my z3 phones and z3 tablet have this green coating

Definitely looks like oxidization - It's like rust only green because it's on copper

So what can i do with it 😧

Is  it my fault or happened it self

And how could that happen,  how the protection came off?
