Headphone doesnt work

Hey is this normal that the standard headphones doesnt work without an app or what ever ?

I can do what ever i want but sound gets always played back via speaker , also the ukw radio doesnt work cause of that.

My android is up to date , also a reset is done still the stock ones dont work ?

there's probably dust in the 3.5mm connector
