Headphone disconnect

 Hi, I am using Xperia Z1 from MARCH 2014. Everything was going well until last two months when i encountered a wierd problem after updating to android version 4.4.4 and builD number 14.4.A.0.157. I plug my headphone and it shows Headphone disconnected and whatever I play will sound at external speaker. FM Radio shows no headphone connected. If I just restart the phone and do it again it works over the headphone. But this joy stays for the first time insert. If i remove it and plug it again to continue music, the issue occours. Headphone works perfect with just first time insert to phone after switched on. Please help me troubleshoot the issue. Thank you

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Check again.

You may wish to consider performing a system repair or try opening Settings then Apps then swipe to All - Locate and open Smart connect then tap Clear cache and clear data then reboot and test

Did both system repair and cleared cache and data of smart connect...still facing same problem
