When I connec my Xperia Neo V to TV via HDMI cable, in the phone's status bar it shows that connect to HDMI then it disconnect. Its happening frequently when I connect it.

I suggest that you try to connect the HDMI cable to another output on the TV. If possible, it would also be recommended to try another HDMI cable and/or to another TV to see if you experience the same issue.
