Having Ring Volume Issue when incoming call comes

Hi,

I am facing a seriuos issue in Xperia LC2105, bought recently. I have update the phone to 4.2.2 Android. The issue is like this...!

My Phone all sounds volume of touch /ringtones and Alarms gets down, sudden after receiving any incoming call. In setting all buttons are on high volume but in normal no sounds comes. So to resolve this issue I will call from another cell on my Xperia then bells rings and all sounds bceome normal. In morning the Alam sound not came due to this issue, although all vloumes are on high in buttons.

I am not ahppy with this issue to my handset, as I choose this phone over Smasung and Nokia. so my selection of choosing Sony makes me irritating. reply me to resolve my issue ASAP.

I have browsed and checked on google for the solution but there is no solution for this problem...!

Hi, this is a problem that a lot of us have. Sony say that they aren't aware of it and therefore won't fix it. If you restart your phone, that will temporarily fix it.
You could contact Sony or the shop you bought it from.

I should add that some of the other Sony phones have had exactly the same problem but Sony fixed it (just search the web and you'll find info about it).
I suppose they aren't going to fix our phones because the Xperia L isn't one of their top and latest models. Still, I don't expect this kind of fault from a phone which cost me £200.
