If you all think you have problems, get this..... Just got the acro few months and the 2nd time pluged it into my brand new sony PC, the phone went blank to a empty no brains phone. But thats not the bad part. Even tho the phone has Ins, I bought even more ins. Sent the phone in rite away to have it repaired. and I have not heard a word about in 5, YES 5 weeks!!!!!!! So called other day and someone slipped and said havnt got a, not my, phone back yet cuz its white! Meaning no one has turned another white phone in that can be fixed to swap mine with.....because no doubt they cant fix my phone or I would of got it back in the 14 days it states. Even called a superviser and no answer. 750 dollars down the toilet and using a old old broken phone and cant even rate an answer. Been a sony girl solid 10 years and bought best phone $ could buy at time and also bought 2 computers and 1 is sitting still in the box ups delivered it in last week. No..... I do not deserve to no what happened to my new phone. But someone is eating lobster tonight on my money I gave sony!!!!!!!!! And you no that no one is calling me about the phone cuz its a rare white one and so they dont have a USED white one to send me. Doesnt much matter cuz I didnt spend that kind of $ to end up breathing someone elses germs! Thanks for listening to how I feel So victomized.
