Hardware Issue - Motherboard Failure !!!

Can some1 please tell me what is the procedure to get my phone repaired under warranty ??

Also the last time I went to a service center they refused to repair my phone under warranty. They said that I have exposed the phone to water whereas I have used the phone so carefully. Also in the backside of my phone the small white paper covering next to the camera is red. Does this mean anything ??  I have uploaded the photo of the backside here - http://i50.tinypic.com/291i052.jpg

Yes, this means that the phone came in contact with water (moisture).

Does that mean my phone will never be fixed ?? What do you suggest i do ?? Since all other features work perfectly. But this problem is very frustrating since I cant use my phone sometimes when i need it the most.

You will need to put the phone to service center.

If repairing expensive. Sell ​​phone parts and buy another phone

Still try to use:

PC Companion (PCC) or Sony  Update Service (SUS)
