ı try factory reset,its not working then keep on restarti     is it  hard reset?

It might be a hardware issue, remove both the SD and SIM cards > restart your phone (press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds) 

use your phone w/o the cards, if the phone keeps on restarting you have to stop by a Sony repair center

ı removed 2 card  then ı started  mobil as you said.  ı m using now without card now    hope it will be well  thank you

you might have to get a brand new SIM card

ı tried everything then noticed   while its charging  not restarting  maybe   xperia v has problem  of battery.  But when take out charcing   then keep on restart  and sometimes on sometimes    not on
