Can you elaborate wgat do you mean with "Hard Locked"? Is it locked becaise you entered SIM PIN Code or PUK code wrongly multiple times?
Where the X is at the network title, Do you have any numbers after it other than a 0 zero - if you do then the codes are provided by your network provider and not Sony
