Haptic feedback stops

Hi Everyone,

I have an Xperia Arc S, over the past few days the haptic feedback randomly stops working and needs a reboot to enable it again.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

It is not something I have experienced myself. However in this circumstance I would advise running a repair via PC Companion to resolve this as it appears to be a software issue.

I'll give it a go, hate doing firmware reinstalls lol.

Reflashed the firmware but now it has started to stop working again, bit frustrating as I cannot figure out why other than it is on charge on the PC.

Does this only occur when your handset is connected with the USB cable or charger?

Nope, it does it when I'm off charge as well, I've spoken to a few Arc users who have it happen. Usually stops for up to 1 minute and then starts again.

I've just had the latest 4.0.2 firmware update so we'll see if that resolves it.
