i brought it 2days ago BUT it hangs up badly and the contacts are also not apperaing.

what can i do solve this problem

I suggest you that do not install unnecessary third party apps. And switch into safe mode to figure out which app causing issue. http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008

If problem still persist. Factory reset device or update again your software with SUS(sony update service)

If contacts not showing then go to Contacts-->menu-->Filter-->Tick Local Contact.

Or

May be contacts are not imported properly.

If contacts are into the sim card then try this Contact-->Menu-->Import Contact-->Sim card.
