Handset suddenly completely unresponsive

Hi Forum,

My 4 month old Z1 has suddenly become completely unresponsive. I was downloading a podcast, and noticed the screen go black, thought it must have been the battery because it was low, but after a full charge, it just won't turn back on. With it having a mini-sim card, I can't even borrow my son's or husband's phone, and I am beside myself not having a phone!!

Connect to wall socket,charge for 2 hours,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

I'm going to leave it to charge overnight, try again in the morning.

Do that,see if it helps.In the morning,try a repair with SUS:
