Hairline crack on new phone Xperia C5

Hi
I bought a phone from Wind because the teller recommended it and assured me it was a great phone compatible or better then the latest Samsung Galaxy phone so I gave it a shot. 21 days have passed and mysteriously a crack appeared on the screen. I didn't drop the phone or hit it against something and now I can't log in. I'm very careful with my phones I had my old phone for 4 years and no problems. I don't know if a warranty covers this but I'm extremely upset as I'm locked into a contract and a malfunctioning phone. What do I do how do I prove I didn't break it.

I'm sorry to hear that but you have to contact your Local support to get it inspected

NG31,

If you are a wind mobile customer (especially an Italian one) you could just contact wind and ask them to change your device as it's not a month old device. Also, if you are under contract and not prepaid you may be protected against defects/damages.

I went to 2 locations none of them could care less

Did they inspected the phone? are those places Sony Xperia care centers?
