gps signal is weak

i have a problem wich is the signal of gps is bad

it take at least 10 min to catch satalite is that normal or i can make it better

i have ics

and the same problem

i readed in fourm that i shall change file in the system to make the signal better

the file is gps.conf

it's in

system > etc

it wrote in it

Confirming very weak signal too...I have lastest ICS and using Sygic GPS...yesterday I was not able to lock gps in big city where i was lost, I almost hit my xperia on the ground!
