GPS not working, Xperia GO!

Is there a way to make the GPS work for the xperia Go with latest update, 6.2.A.1.100?

None of those sulotions that involves GPS test, etc. works.

In ICS there was no problem at all with GPS.

Why dont wony just fix this problem, cant be that hard for them as it worked in ICS....

I use the GPS mostly for my workout app, and as you see in the attached pic it doesnt work very well!

Hope for some real sulotion from sony soon (update!).....

have you replicated the problem using another app? try to do a gps test (you can download one at google play)

try to do a software repair one more time http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

Thanks for your answer nolramlb! But the issue shows in every app I use, not only inte the app in the picture. The same happens when I use Google Maps, Map my run, etc...

I´ve done the software repair and no luck.

On my side none of the proposed solution was satisfying.

I use my Xperia go for outdoors activities. I don't want to launch special apps each time that I meed my GPS and then wait 30mn to fix GPS.

The problem definitively come from 4.1.2 update.

I downgrade to ICS (4.0.2) and every thing goes right now.

I takes 2 to 3 mn to fix GPS with no data connexion. Only few seconds with data connexion.
