GPS not functioning in Xperia C

I sent email to Sony but has no reply, therefore I post my issue here and hope that someone able to help me.

The GPS in Xperia C is not functioning.

It unable to search the satellite, eventhough the satellite is turned on in the phone setting.

I have parked my car and tested at beside the football field, waited for 10 minutes, however the result is still the same, no satellite at all.

FYI, I have tested the HTC, Samsung and LG phone at the same place, and those phones are able to get the satellite without any problem. 

I am here talking about the GPS (not A-GPS).

Attached the picture for more information, the GPS Test app is just use to test search satellite, so that I am able to provide something to Sony for further checking and address the current GPS problem.

Would Sony investigate on this issue and let me know the outcome ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all you can try the following: open the phone app > press *#*#7378423#*#* > service tests > GPS > purge assistance data. 

Restart the phone and try again. You must be outseide and you may have to wait up to 20 minutes before you get contact with GPS the first time after you have done this. 

Also, have you tried to enabled Google Place service under settings > location services? Does the phone find you satellites if you have Internet connection enabled?

I have checked the GPS via *#*#7378423#*#* > service tests > GPS > purge assistance data, however it is the same.

I have solved the issue by myself by using other way, I can say that this is a bug in any version of the Xperia C firmware. (tested on B6 and B13), even latest version (B13) doesn't help also.

Besides that, last week I have called to the Sony Xperia MY Customer Service department, however they are really lack of knowledge on answering my questions, they don't even understand about the product of Sony Xperia, they have checked and informed me that Xperia C cannot use the GPS without data connection, I can proof that they are totally wrong.
