GPRS not properly working with Reliance SIM card

Hi,

here is the description of problem:

My hanset was working fine with all intenet browsing with Reliance SIM card  some time ago but from last two months it has started giving me some problem internet browsing works perfectly but inbuilt application has problems. Like facebook messenger, google play, gmail, gtalk, facebook notifications all have stoped working and are requiring wi-fi connection. I have checked my setting and there is no lock on these all application like to work only when wi-fi is available.

I have shown it to Sony service center in Indore but they told that it is SIM card issue but when I go to Reliance they told that it is handset issue our SIM cards are working fine in other handsets.

I don't know what exactly issue is but in this handset all reliance SIM has reduced GPRS functinality.

I don't think this problem is caused by either the phone or SIM-card. This sounds like a problem in your operators network or your subscription.

I know that some operators proxy servers sometimes blocks things so try removing proxy/port from the internet settings under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> [your internet settings]. If that doesn't help i suggest that you contact your operator and check that you have the correct APN for internet access.
