Got the ICS 4.0.4 update OTA on NEO V!!

This Upgrade seems to be mainly concentrated on performance....

Dailer delay reduced,

Apps response increased,

UI smoother,

good reception on wifi.. And also Xperia S music is working without root access....

There may be some of other issues rectified, still needs to figured out....

now check for OTA update,

go to menu-> update center -> hit refreash to check for update,

my SI number is not mentioned in the list, bt i able to update for both

I believe the manual update has the whole rom inside, so it costs around 200MB... possibly it erase all the user data if we flash with that... OTA update is relatively very small, it will only have the updated files....

Hi guys, can anyone help me or teach me how to upgrade the android 2.3.4 of my xperia neo v to android 4.0 through OTA. I already checked the system update and it is up to date. I even tried to refresh it but same result. It is updated But in gingerbread. I know it was an old issue but still i want to upgrade it. Hoping that you could help me please.. thanks

Visit XDA and download the .ftf firmware file and manually flash your phone using Flashtool
