     Finally sony agreed that product SONY EXPERIA TIPO DUAL is faulty and returned me my money..But had to visit cosumer forum for that which is makin impression of sony down..Sony mobiles are faulty and service is too bad.. so i will never suggest anyone sony mobile.. bye bye sony...

You've had a bad experience but not everyone does and for everyone that does say I will never buy Sony again you have the same amount of people saying the same about other makes and models like Samsung - My Wife has a SG S4 and she hates it.

Everybody has bad days,just visit other support forums and you will see what we are talking about.See how users complain about not even being given attention by support.
