Hi, I'm having a few teething problems with my new phone. If I activate the Google search function by saying "Hello Google" it's missing the chime that let's you know it's listening and more importantly never hears the 1st attempt. It flags up no Internet when it's connected via WiFi with a decent signal. It works the second time flawlessly... Can anyone offer any support please? Not sure if it's relevant but I run the phone in power saving mode all the time. Stamina.

You might want to disable Stamina mode then test your Google Voice again, as Stamina will turn off data and prevent background data transfer while the screen is off. This might be the reason why the first attempt fails.
