Google Play Store update

About one week ago,google play updated version 5.0.38.Two days later I reseted my device and google play is still version 4.8.20.Actually it's not important but I'm just wondering.if anyone know something about this please help me.

if   u wanna update it to a new version..then u need to google it just type google play apk anad u will get the files
