Google Play updates itself automatically. Do you get this message when it tries to update itself or are you trying to update it manually somehow using an APK-file?

no..im not using apk file.....but see this..

Try going to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Uninstall updates, restart the phone and then open Google Play again.

My Google play is blank.. And after a minute my phone restart... And some my app can't open anymore (not responding)..

Should I use factory data reset?
