Google Play Store - Downloading Failed Error 489,919, etc.

After updating my XZ to 4.3 I m not able to download anything from Google Play Store
Different errors coming
Downloading failed due to error '489'
Due to 919

Tried clearing Google Play Store data and chrome Data through settings > apps
Restarted my phn but still not able to download any app

Remove the google account > restart your phone > re-add the account

Got another error before doing that

Settings > accounts > google > select the account > delete

Tried it but error again
Could not be downloaded due to an error. (489)
And one more thing, while downloading the downloading status in notification bar keeps on appearing and disappearing

that seems to be a network issue, contact them directly

Force stop google play,clear data,force restart the phone(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

ples go to settings &mobile networks& access point names& selact your sim clear proxy                                       ok
