Google play store app

hello, gud day
I just downloaded Google play store app this evening on my Sony c2005. I installed it successfully but the app is not launching. I tried with an older version still experiencing the same issue

Hey vicpavas, the first thing I would suggest to do is restart your smartphone and see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, try going to: Settings, Apps, All Apps and then scroll down until you see 'Google Play Store' and then click 'force Stop' and then renable the app and then restart the smartphone and see if this helps.

How come your phone didn't had the playstore? Do you have the chinese variant?

no, my phone was reloaded sometimes ago. so it didn't feature playstore

Your phone was "reloaded"? what do you mean, if your phone it's not the Chinese variant it should have the playstore.
