Google play is not working

Hi guys,

Google play is not working on my phone.i have tried almost everything but their is no progress.

when i opn google play app says that "no connection" but all net app are working except google play.

So i thought that i can clear this problem by formmating my phone. but this problem contininues.

Now my ID is not logging in.The app is saying that not a stable internet Connection.

Please Help me.

Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your google account and add it again in settings-accounts.

No it is saying that could'nt establish

There might be temporary problems with google play.Can you access it via PC?

Yes, but recently i called up in customer care and they said that repair the software at home only no need to go to the center but when i started doing it it is not repairing.
