Google play -enable background data

Hello,for the past few weeks I am experiencing a weird problem. Sometimes when I open Google play store, it says Google play needs Background data to be enabled. My Google Account is synced automatically but the other accounts are synced manually.
I have to clear the data of the play store from settings. Then after 2-3 days,the problem recurs.

If you go to mobile data in settings,did you check to restrict background data?

Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.

I know, but it's a temporary solution. The same problem occurs after 2-3 days. I have to do the same thing again. I was looking for something more permanent.

I have the same problem so I went into the mobile data scrolled down to Google play and restrict backround data was turned on while in general its turned off no problems since
