google play crashed

Hi..can somebody help me why my google play keep crashing most of the time n also when im going to open it..it is annoying and i dont know wat to do..i cant download n install any apps..please help me..thnx..

First of all try to clear data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services. Go to settings > apps > all > Google Play Store/ Google Play Services > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.

I hv tried but de same things occured..it will crashed as soon as i opened it..any other way to solve this?

In that case I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".
