hi so i seem to be having trouble in trying to update my apps in the google play store as its not letting me and i'm signed in this is after i did a factory reset about 10 minutes ago and i've downloaded the latest google play app can someone help me to work this problem out

has anyone got any ideas why this comes up everytime i try to update my apps

There could be a conflict between different versions. I suggest that you update or reinstall the phone software using SUS and try to download the latest version of SmartConnect.
