Google Chrome and BT mouse

Hello everyone,

I have two problems:
1. Google Chrome can't zoom with the double-tap in landscape mode. Why?
2. When I use my BT mouse on the main page and the Applications page, the scrool is not working. Why?

This is a laucher problem. I tried a Google and Nova, and worked.

Does anyone have ideas?

That's not a Sony issue but a Chrome issue, which means you will have to contact Chrome developers

what do you mean by scroll? I don't have Z4 tablet but aren't you supposed to swipe left to right like any other phone?

I think you're wrong, this is SONY issue. I have two other Android devices (Nexus 7-2012, OnePlus One), the zoom works there.

The mouse has a scroll wheel, but if I scroll on the home and applications screens, nothing happens. Another Launcher (Google, Nova) is perfect. This is another SONY issue.

I'll try to explain it again, if the app is developed by Google it is up to Google and only google to address any issue, just like if the SmartConnect app has issues it will be up to Sony and only Sony to address as its developed by Sony, and just because this app works with Xperias but not with a different Android, it doesn't mean, for the most part, that its the other brand issue, with that said, if Chrome work fine with other androids but its not working with your Tablet you should contact Chrome developers to address this issue.

Okay, I understand and accept it. Google's fault.

But what about the Launcher problem?

The Chrome verison on my OnePlus One: 47.0.2526.76

The Chrome version on my Nexus 7 2012: 47.0.2526.76

The Chrome version on my SONY Z4 Tablet: 47.0.2526.76

Different launchers work in different ways, an example if you pinch zoom on the Xperia launcher won't behave the same as if you pinch zoom on other launchers.

It's not ideal but you could contact Sony directly Local support and give your feedback
