My phone goes offline automatically. It shows full network on both the sims, but is not reachable. This happens frequently. It happens mre while travelling throigh low network areas & then never gets back online.
I have to switch off the phone & restart, only then it works. How many times does one do it & how do I know when to restart it. A service centre fellow asked me to update the phone software via a computer ( I know this was just to send me back), but I did it & to no surprise nothing changed.
What is the solution to this. I bought this phone on 31st March 2014.

I have been told by the Technicl support to chamge sim / try on another phone, select network manually, & then if it still doesn't work .... then repair the software, else give it to the service centre.
I will have to spend few days to test it. Do we have all the time in this world to do this. Can Sony not find out the solution to the problem
When your device repeatedly fails to connect to the LTE/4G network,
it automatically disables LTE/4G for at least 12 minutes (720 seconds).
Your device works as a WCDMA/GSM device during this time period.
When this happens, the network mode setting is automatically changed from LTE(preferred)/WCDMA/GSM to WCDMA(preferred)/GSM.

It is alreadt set on WCDMA (preferred) / GSM, still face problem. I have to restart the phone very frequently. I have also reapired the software via the PC software as adviced by Sony Technical phone support.

Depending on the network, it may take a very long time to restore the LTE/4G capabilities. It can even take several hours. Instead of waiting, you can reset the network mode manually. To select LTE/4G network mode
- From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
- Find and tap Settings > More… > Mobile networks.
- Tap Network Mode.
- Select LTE(preferred)/WCDMA/GSM.

9 Restarts is last 2 days (snapshot of Diagnostics). This is getting worse. Is there any update which will help ? Please send fast. Due to some a couple of issues, using the phone is becoming a pain.
