I don't know if this is normal, nor if I could actually explain what's happening, but sometimes the screen dims & somewhts starts get brighter a bit & dimmer so fast
is it normal or shal i return it ?
If you r using ICC
Settings->Developer options->Show Screen Updates
this option couses flash effect for updating area that may be your problem if I understand right.
that's the ambient light sensor, it's normal

Yup it was the ambient light sensor, I exchanged it for another 1
