Globe Internet Setting

To solve Globe prepaid user internet settings on x10 mini 2.1 eclair.

Go to

"Settings"

"Wireless & networks"

"Mobile networks"

"Access Point Names"

Click on your left toggle key and click NEW APN

on "Name" field type MyGlobe Inet

on "APN" field type http.globe.com.ph

Leave other fields as is

Click on your left toggle key and click and click save

Go back to "Mobile networks" and check Data Traffic

Hi! I just upgraded my X10 mini to 2.1 and could not get my internet settings. I called the GT customer service to do it manually and got the same info. However I still could not connect to the web with my phone. Can I know all the info you have on your settings? Like what did you type for username and passowrd? MCC? MNC? Authentication type? APN type? Thank you in advance!! :smileygrin:

I have tried what you said, and it actually worked. Thanks for that. But the problem i have after surfing the net for hours is that the 3g symbol wont come out anymore and in youtube app, it said it is "timed out". what's that suppose to mean and what am i suppose to do connect again using globe?

i followed the steps, but its not working for me, i try to browse through browser but it says web page not available, i am from Bangalore, India, i am on Airtel network, i use X10 mini. Let me know if you have any solution.
