Each time I turn my device back on having turned it off during recharge, a blank, unplayable video appears in my album. It can be simply deleted but it is annoying. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?
Try settings-apps-all-movies,force stop and clear data.Restart.If the same occurs,go to settings-apps-all-media storage,clear data and force stop.After a restart it should be fine.
