That is widely reported as a pop up linked to Docomo. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/tata-docomo-quotdive-in-nowquot-pop-up-c959901 Is just one forum post regarding these pop ups. It seems to be related to mobile data settings so I would suggest calling Docomo and getting them to check your account and data settings.
