Getting frequest notification, Restricted Access Changed, Emergency service is blocked

Somebody please help me out. 

I am frequently getting notification called Restricted Access Changed, Emergency service is blocked. Please let me know how can I get rid of this.

May be I figured it out.  Restricted Access Changed, Emergency service is blocked notification popped out when data connection go to 2G from 3G. While in voice call, data connection got something weaker and try to keep the device connected at least with 2G mode. I also set my  service provider as Manual. What I did is, Set network mode as WCDMA only. After changed to WCDMA, I didn't faced this annoying notification.

I hope this workaround will help the other users who are blessed with the same problem !!!

I have been using sony xperia z since 6 month's. Recently i met with a trouble called "restricted access changed ","data service blocked".I have checked about this bug everywhere, couldn't found the solution. Then manually i choosed the network operator and preferred as "WCDMA ONLY" and it worked. That annoying notification has disappeared. I just wanna help others who are facing the same kinda problem.

This is an old query but many Android smartphones are still getting this notification. While this message quickly disappears, it's frequent occurence can be frustating to users. So to get rid of it, one way is to install a notification blocker and block your "Phone" notification. The steps on this post might come handyto get rid of Restricted Access Changed notification on Android phones.
