Georgian Unicode Is Not Supported ?!

I have a problem with reading Georgian text, is it FB, Mail or anything else
Can you tell me is there any possible way to fix this ?

They say nothing, not even automatic Mail was sent to me.

After Upgrading to ICS the problem with reading has wanished, but I need to root my device to type in Georgian, also a lot of stuff "is not available/supported in my country" ...
At least can u make Music Unlimited to be available or who should I ask/talk about it ?

I do not want to root Device only cause of Language input 😐
