Games getting paused

Hai,

My Xperia S  Is going good except the one problem that just started apearing 2 days ago. While playing games (all the games), they get paused on their own. Please someone help me solving this issue. I have the latest software on my mobile.

I have not heard about this before. What games are we talking about? What build number are your running on?

Games like temple run, highway rider,etc (mostly all the games) getting paused on their own. I also tried to repair my phone using SUS, but still it continues. my build number is 6.1.A.0.452

Actually i got replacement for my phone due to yellow tint issue a week back.

Please help me out in this.

does this happen after few minutes of play time or how long into the game? this might be a compatibility issue.

This is happening after 10-15 minutes of continous play. Even AngryBirdgs is getting paused.

hey!

i had this problem too and i know how to fix it

go to menu-settings-backup & reset-settings reset and it'll be fixed

don't worry your personal stuff won't be removed

thanks for your response, i tried with reset settings, but again it started to getting paused,also switching off and on again fixes this problem for 10 mins but this should not happen.

Hello, first, sorry for my English skills.

I'm from Brazil (São Paulo) last week and got the Xperia S. At the very same day I upgraded to the latest version, Android 4.04.

I had exactly the same problem reported by the user sarunkumar2288, and I registered here just to report that I had this same problem and also found no solution.

Some told me that the problem may have been due to upgrade. Even employees through CHAT Sony Mobile, informed me that the 2.3.7 version is more stable.

I switched the phone at the store that had defects, and got another of the same model. So far has not crashed, but not updated, it continues on version 2.3.7  Android.

For this reason I am in doubt whether I can upgrade the unit. Version 4.04 will be the same with this problem?

Tested in several games, some heavy and other lighter. Even in Angry Birds and Xperia S Basketboll Shots crashed and restarted sometimes. Some times with 1 minute of play and other 10 or 15.

Anyone else had this problem? The update to Android 4.04 is really in trouble?
